Anyah Land is a Certified Executive Coach, Smart Growth Advisor, and Human Resources strategist with a deep passion for helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and corporate sectors, she has mastered the art of maximizing human capital and fostering transformative growth. Today, Anyah focuses on coaching leaders, executives, teams, and organizations through pivotal moments of change—empowering them to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and soar to new heights.
Recognized as an internationally sought-after Executive Coach, keynote speaker, and team-building facilitator, Anyah brings energy, insight, and a results-driven approach to every engagement. Whether guiding leaders through strategic transitions or equipping teams with the tools for sustainable success, she creates dynamic learning experiences that drive real impact.
Anyah holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and a Master’s in Public Health from Indiana University. A dedicated lifelong learner, she also earned a Certificate in Labor Studies from Cornell University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP). She remains actively engaged in professional and community service through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Her commitment to social impact is evident in her leadership roles with organizations such as Girls Inc. and the Injury Free Coalition for Kids. As a former El Pomar Foundation Fellow, she led statewide initiatives in Colorado focused on reducing health disparities and expanding access to care.
Outside of her work, Anyah finds joy in exploring local bookstores, learning the game of golf, and traveling. She is also the proud mother of two sons, her greatest inspiration.
